Foundational Athleticism: 120 Points
The following tests measure nine athletic elements common across most sports including power, speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Every sport requires a different skill set for success. The following three sport-specific tests are key components for success in each of the sports. Athlete only performs exercises for their sport.

Integrative Movement: 40 Points
Athleticism is more than how fast and strong you are. The following three tests measure how well your body's nervous system interacts with muscles and movement to create balance and posture.

Visual Ability: 40 Points
Vision is one of the most overlooked elements to athletic success despite virtually every athlete requiring hand-eye coordination, quick reactions and the ability to see and swiftly process information. These tests measure the six main movements performed by the eyes - left, right, up, down, near and far.

3An athlete's ability to have a good attitude during competition, communicate effectively, and provide his body with quality fuel beforehand are vital to a peak performance. The following tests measure elements of character through questionnaires targeting the quality of your diet, the ability of your mind to react quickly during competition, and your ability to communicate with others.
